In 2016, we started The Columbus Craft Cocktail Tour not only out of our love for expertly crafted cocktails (though that love runs deep) but out of our appreciation and respect for the amazing folks in our community who have dedicated themselves to the art and craft of bartending.

Early on, we decided to ask our guests to choose their favorite cocktail of the evening. These “fan favorites” were documented and photographed, and they compose the majority of the cocktail recipes that you will find in the following pages, though some of the recipes are from our podcast, "If This Bar Could Talk." All of the recipes are original.

This cocktail book pays homage and is dedicated to the hardworking, thoughtful and wildly talented bartenders of Columbus, Ohio.

Volume 2 picks up where Volume 1 left off in 2020.
